Our Way of Working is about a common and consistent approach to working with families. It is based on shared language and shared understanding across all partners who work with families, drawing on Trauma Informed Practice and Motivational Interviewing.
We want to work with children and families in a new, integrated and targeted way implementing Multi Agency Group Supervisions and Learning Conversations.

Programme Aim: To develop knowledge and understanding in Our Way of Working from a strategic perspective. To understand your role in leading and implementing the approach within your own organisation and supporting the wider initiative across the partnership in embedding a common and consistent approach to working with children and families.

For: Middle Manager, Practice Lead, Practitioner, TAF Lead, Learning mentor, teacher, Family liaison, ELSA, Parental support lead, SENDCo, Family Intervention Worker, Housing Manager/Officer, Health Visitor, Social Worker.
Programme Aim: To understand the Our Way of Working model, principles and values and apply this to your role in working with children, families and multi-agency partners.
